Where we deliver
We deliver Australia-wide from our warehouse in Victoria. We send parcels with couriers including Aramex (Fastway), Australia Post and Couriers Please, depending on your address and the size of your order.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers. Please use a street address where someone can receive the parcel, or where it can be left safely.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $79 to eligible areas, including most of Victoria and metro Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
Other areas, such as WA, Tasmania and regional areas, pay a flat courier rate, usually $9.95–$14.95. Enter your postcode on any product page to check the cost before you order. You will always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 12–24 working hours. Delivery time after that depends on the courier and your location. Metro areas are usually faster than regional and remote areas.
Orders may take longer when an item is out of stock, or during busy periods and public holidays. If there is a delay with your order, we will let you know.
Tracking
When your parcel ships, we add the tracking details to your order. You can find them in My account → Orders.
