• an exchange for items purchase within 30 days of purchase

The exception to this policy is nappies which cannot be returned and exchange  due Product Clearance, discontinued item and packaging Change.

Provided items are:

• returned with the original receipt
• is unused, in original condition and packaging with all manuals and instructions
